For Fire Alarm drawings we can provide all the typically-required items:

• floor plan with device location and wire routing
• riser diagram
• calculations (voltage drop and battery)
• equipment list
• wire legend
• typical wiring diagrams fro various devices

We will closely work with you to meet all your requirements, including specific and unique AHJ needs.

We can work with AutoCAD-type files (AutoCAD 2004-20077) and can also produce AutoCAD files from paper drawings (scan-and-trace) or from scratch.

Our very competitive pricing will be negotiated up-front, with no hidden or added costs and will include the first submission and any subsequent submission due to corrections by you, the AHJ or any other reviewing agencies.
We will also include subsequent submissions if the modifications are not covered by a change-order from your customer to you.
